Alphabet Soup
Alphabet Soup was borne from several conversations I had at university. In one meeting in a coffee shop, I was discussing the benefits of some sort of event where individuals talked about their own experiences within their sexuality and gender identity. The idea of broadly defining LGBTQ+ labels, while simultaneously exploring how each person has their own fine print definitions, fascinated me. The practicalities of creating such an event soon felt overwhelming, and a friend and I realised that the project would be far better suited to the environment of a website.

Rosemary & Time
I wrote a series of poems about Alzheimer’s, based upon my experience with my grandmother, Rosemary, getting progressively ill from the disease. I designed a pamphlet to hold all the pieces, then printed and bound it myself, selling copies with all proceeds going to Alzheimer’s Society.
